Do I need an account to buy from School Smart?

No.  If you are paying with Debit/Credit card at checkout you simply need to fill in your billing and delivery details on the checkout page and continue with payment.

If you are a school, college or university and prefer to set up an account you can select Account Invoice at the checkout.  By using this option to pay on account, you will receive an invoice after receiving your goods. Payment to be made within 30 days. It is still necessary to enter your delivery details.

Which payment methods can I use?

Payment on receipt of an invoice can be paid be BACS (details below) or by calling us with your credit card details. As mentioned above, immediate payment on checkout requires a credit or debit card payment.

How can I set up School Smart as a supplier on my system?

What are the customisation options?

Typically, our traditional lines of presentation folders, ring binders, certificate tubes, school files, document wallets and luxury certificate holders can be customised according to the school, college or university you are ordering for. This includes silver and gold foil print of your crest or logo, text and an optional border. Our certificates can be ordered in a range of paper types, including four shades of parchment, with further options for foil print of border and text. As well as providing certificates with border only, allowing you to print all of the required details, we also provide pre-printed certificates upon which the recipient’s name and other details can be handwritten.

What are the details of shipping and delivery?

Our traditional lines which require customisation are typically desptached within 12 working days of order confirmation. Most of our Staying Safe range is available for next day delivery for orders placed before our despatch cut-off. Shipping costs £9,99 for the UK mainland but is free for orders over £199.
