For Staying Safe Products: Orders despatched for next delivery within 2 days of being received.
For Presentation Products: As standard, once orders have been placed and proofs approved (where applicable) goods are normally despatched within 12 working days.
Delivery is between 8:30am and 5pm unless specified.

Please note, the choice of courier for the UK & Ireland and Europe is dependent on the recipient’s address, any special instructions, house or apartment block and so on.
